Vaishali Barvaliya
Vaishali is a dedicated Resident Physiotherapist committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree and continuously enhances her clinical expertise through ongoing education and professional certifications, ensuring her practice reflects the latest evidence-based approaches. Vaishali’s clinical interests involve orthopedic injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, and general musculoskeletal conditions, enabling her to provide comprehensive and effective treatment programs incorporating manual therapy and therapeutic exercises. She is committed not only to supporting her patients through rehabilitation but also to empowering them with the knowledge and strategies needed to maintain long-term health. Outside of work, Vaishali enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, travelling and exploring her passion for cooking.

Mary Bishai
Mary (Owner / Registered Physiotherapist) graduated from Cairo University in Egypt with a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy in 2001, and then she got her Master Degree in Physiotherapy in 2008. Her dream became true as she moved to Canada as a federal skilled worker in 2013 and got her License as a physiotherapist in Canada in 2014. She continued her education to assure quality of care for her patients by completing Pelvic Floor course for treating urinary incontinence problems (i.e post pregnancy, post spinal cord injuries, old age, etc.)
She later took McKenzie courses, which focuses on mechanical diagnosis and therapy for neck, back, and radiating pain disorder. Mary also increased her tool belt by adding acupuncture and dry needling to help with musculoskeletal problems.
She later took advanced taping course “Dynamic taping” which gave her the ability to customize any tape job for any individual to improve muscle activation and decrease pain and muscle tightness, APTEI Shoulder course for diagnosing and treating different shoulder dysfunctions. Mary also completed the GLAD program, which focuses on treatment and education of osteoarthritis.
Through her experience with working with active people (athletes, nurses, etc) she saw the benefits of custom-made orthotics, braces, and compression stockings, which allows them to continue participating with their active life during treatment. Temporomandibular Joint dysfunction (TMJ) is one of her specialities where she helps patients with jaw pain, headaches and neck pain, and she provides Vestibular and concussion rehab to help patients with dizziness, vertigo and other concussion symptoms, to help improve their quality of life and daily struggles.
Since 2015, she has taken a keen interest towards and teaching through accepting students for their placements. She took students from Ottawa, Queen’s, Western and Dalhousie Universities. They have all improved their profession and manual skills through their placements.
Mary has always had and interest in sports, particularly swimming, badminton, and biking. Growing in the Emirates and swimming at a competitive level, she developed the passion in treating sports injuries and bringing them back to their competitive edge. Mary enjoys many different activities with her family including traveling, board games and singing. Mary is a mother of three and cherishes the mother-baby bond and takes the pride in treating blocked milk ducts.

Raymon Mikhail
Raymon Mikhail PT PhD is a registered physiotherapist and the founder of CN Physiotherapy. He began pursuing physiotherapy at Cairo university first obtaining his BSc in physical therapy and then his master’s degree. From there he pursued his PhD, studying neuro-regeneration in infants and how physical therapy can be utilized to improve their outcome. His completion and subsequent departure from academia marked 8 years on the tenure track at Cairo university. From there, he gained physiotherapy certifications in the UK, USA and finally settled in Canada’s capital, Ottawa. He has now been practicing in Canada since 2013. His years of education and experience have made him proficient in many different physical therapy treatments including, dry-needling, acupuncture, McKenzie MDT Therapy, and shockwave therapy. Involving patients in their treatment is one of his foremost goals, providing education and tips on how to recover and prevent injury in the future. Tamanna Sanura
Tamanna Sanura is a Resident Physiotherapist registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, dedicated to helping individuals improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain independence in their daily lives. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, along with postgraduate training in Therapeutic Recreation and Retirement Community Management, bringing a well-rounded and compassionate approach to care. Tamanna has extensive experience working with older adults in both clinical and long-term care settings. She supports individuals with balance impairments, mobility limitations, deconditioning, and functional decline, along with orthopaedic conditions, neurological conditions, and cardiorespiratory concerns. She also has experience in post-operative rehabilitation across a wide range of surgical cases, focusing on safe recovery and restoring functional ability.
Her treatment approach emphasizes functional movement, strength and balance training, and individualized exercise programs, combined with hands-on techniques and education to promote safe and sustainable progress. Sahib is a dedicated Resident Physiotherapist registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. As a physiotherapist in Ottawa, he brings together strong clinical expertise and a passion for movement, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion.
